Terms & Conditions

All tax-exempt entities will be required to initially provide a copy of their tax-exempt certificate or status prior to receipt of any Synthcon product to prevent being charged tax on purchases. Tax-exempt entities are the only customers allowed to use the tax-exempt coupon. Customers not entitled to use the coupon will be charged the tax amount separately if they purchase products incorrectly using the coupon. Once a customer's tax exempt certificate/status is received and confirmed, it will be on file until it expires, at which time a new certificate will be required.

Purchases requiring DEA 222 form(s) will require the 222 form(s) to be received prior to the order being filled. DEA 222 forms are only good for 60 days.

All unpaid balances are due net 15 days and will be charged an additional 5% of the outstanding balance each month the balance is outstanding.

Synthcon will not receive any returned chemical products. If sent, chemicals will be returned back to the customer at their cost. All customers agree to these terms at the time of purchase.

ALL SYNTHCON PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. THEY ARE INTENDED FOR USE IN FORENSIC LABORATORIES AND BY DEA REGISTRANTS CONDUCTING RESEARCH. SYNTHCON IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF ITS PURCHASED PRODUCTS; ALL LIABILITY RESIDES WITH THE PURCHASER. BY PURCHASING SYNTHCON PRODUCT(S) THE PURCHASER AGREES TO RELEASE SYNTHCON OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY. PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
